The East Central Independent School District Board of Trustees unanimously approved calling a School Bond and Tax Rate Election for Nov. 5, 2024.

The Leroy Smith Teacher Mini-Grant Program offers funding to teachers for projects that enhance the learning experiences of East Central ISD students.

On July 25, 2024, East Central ISD hosted its District Kick-Off to welcome back staff and announce its 75th anniversary.

We are excited to announce that Kasey Beckett has been appointed Principal Fellow for Valor Middle School. She will begin her new position immediately, with the school slated to open in the fall of 2026.
