East Central FFA Members Excel at Western Area Research Conference

East Central FFA members Logan McGarity, David Gonzalez, Jake Calvillo, and Cody Blackburn showcased their skills at the Western Area Research Conference, hosted by Texas State University.
Before an audience of nearly 150 professors and graduate students, they presented an ag mechanics demonstration highlighting the planning, design, and fabrication processes that set Texas programs apart. Students also met Texas State University President Dr. Kelly Damphousse and each received a $1,000 welding gear pack for their leadership and dedication.
