Board Vice President Emilio Carrasco Earns Master Trustee Designation

East Central ISD proudly recognizes Emilio Carrasco, Vice President of the ECISD Board of Trustees, for earning the Master Trustee designation through the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB). Mr. Carrasco completed the year-long Leadership TASB program, one of the state’s premier leadership development opportunities for school board members.
Leadership TASB is designed to challenge experienced trustees to deepen their understanding of public education issues, strengthen board governance skills, and collaborate with fellow education leaders from across Texas. The program includes five intensive sessions held in cities throughout the state and culminates with the awarding of the Master Trustee designation.
Mr. Carrasco now joins an elite group of school board members across Texas who have earned this distinction. Please join us in congratulating him on this outstanding achievement and his continued service to the East Central community.
