Andrea Chase named new principal of Heritage Middle School
Ms. Chase began her career in the classroom, where she spent six years inspiring a love of learning and helping students achieve their fullest potential. Building on her success as an educator, Andrea transitioned into campus administration, spending the past 12 years honing her leadership skills and advocating for student success.
In addition to administrative duties, she is passionate about empowering teachers and improving instructional practices. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment underscores her dedication to making a lasting impact on the lives of students and educators. Andrea believes every child has the capacity for greatness and is devoted to helping students reach their true potential. Her leadership style is rooted in her core values of integrity, respect, empathy, equity, and humility.
Ms. Chase is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and collaborative school environment where teamwork and building capacity in others are paramount. She values empowering staff, recognizing that their growth directly impacts student success. She is excited about joining East Central ISD as the principal of Heritage Middle School and looks forward to working with the entire community to continue the tradition of excellence.
