With great pleasure, we want to inform you that we have successfully fulfilled the commitments outlined in the 2022 Bond initiative, focusing specifically on fortifying the security infrastructure across all our campuses. These enhancements stand as a testament to our shared commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for our students to learn and grow.

As part of these upgrades, we have implemented comprehensive security vestibules featuring bulletproof resistant windows across all of our campuses. This vital addition serves as a robust barrier against potential security threats, ensuring that our students and staff are protected while within the school premises. Furthermore, we have taken a proactive approach by installing scalable-resistant fencing around the perimeter of East Central High School. This measure not only adds an additional layer of security but also acts as a strong deterrent, reinforcing our dedication to maintaining a secure and conducive learning environment.

It is worth noting that these security enhancements have been designed in strict accordance with the standards set by the Texas Education Agency (TEA), reflecting our commitment to not only meeting but surpassing the recommended safety guidelines.
