Haley Rosales
Haley Rosales is the daughter of Yvette and Peter Rosales. Throughout all four years of high school, Haley was enrolled in Honors Colloquium and utilized her fine arts ability through advanced art classes and Varsity Treble and Mixed Choir classes. She challenged herself with 12 Advanced Placement courses, receiving an AP Scholar with Distinction in 2020 for her scores. Alongside choir and art participation, Haley has been actively involved in various activities in her past four years such as National Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, Art Club, UIL Current Events, Varsity Honeybee Dance Team, Musical Theatre, and Texas Future Music Educators. She is both President of National Honor Society and Art Club, and is a Choir Officer Senior Representative. Among various awards, Haley has been honored with two Superintendent Student of the Month Awards, Two Medals at State for the Visual Art Scholastic Event, and is a Four-Time State Qualifier for Visual Art Scholastic Event. Haley was a State Qualifier for University Interscholastic League Solo and Ensemble Competition and has advanced to Area Audition for Texas Music Educators Association. In her meantime, she has enjoyed volunteering for the McNay Art Museum as a Teen Art Guide, and has created two pieces of artwork to be auctioned off, with full proceeds being donated to the organization. Haley plans to major in Environmental Engineering with a minor in Studio Art at the University of Texas at Austin. She would like to thank God for the opportunities she has been blessed with and thank her family, friends, and teachers for the support she has been given over the years, truly allowing her to build a foundation that will lead her through this next chapter of her life.
