Krysta St Cyr

Krista St. Cyr, the second highest-ranking senior at East Central High School, will be attending Baylor University this fall on an academic scholarship to major in chemistry. Krista has attended East Central ISD for 13 years. During her years at East Central High School, Krista has been involved in many programs such as the National Honor Society, Green Team, and the FFA. She has served as the FFA Parliamentarian and as a member of many LDE and CDE teams. While she has earned many awards and degrees through FFA, her greatest achievement came during her senior year when she and her Radio Broadcasting team were able to represent East Central as finalists in the state contest. Krista has been enrolled in 11 AP classes and has earned the honor of AP Scholar with Distinction through College Board. She has earned two Academic Achievement Awards through ECHS and was invited to attend the Congress of Future Medical Leaders in Boston as a delegate during her junior year. As the eldest child of Amy and Doug St. Cyr, Krista would like to thank her parents for their unwavering support throughout her life. It is because of selfless individuals who have dedicated their time to sending support and advice her way that she is able to celebrate her achievements and look forward to the bright future that she has ahead.
