Frank Nguyễn is the son of Thông and Phươngdài Nguyễn. During his time at East Central, he has taken Advanced Placement courses and one dual credit course. He has been a part of the National Honor Society, the ECTV production crew, and the EC Electrathon team. He was fortunate enough to have received the Superintendent Student of the Month award for the month of December in 2019. Outside of school, Frank participated and volunteered at his local church, Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church, as a youth group leader and an altar server. After high school, he plans to attend the University of Texas at Austin his first year as an undeclared student, but then pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. Frank would like to say thank you to his teachers who have been supporting and assisting him through his academic and personal life. Frank would also especially like to say thanks to his family and friends for their full support throughout his four years at East Central. Frank is entirely grateful to these people for constantly encouraging him to grow as a human and strive to be the best he can be.
