Tradition is super excited to partner with Community First Health Plans to provide a food pantry for our families. Our Communities in School site coordinator, Chrystal Portales, helped organize this outstanding resource for our families. The non-perishable food items are available to students and families in our community. The school welcomes donations to keep the pantry stocked.
