Powered by People, Strengthened by Systems, Driven by Results

Leading the EC Way clearly defines the attributes of leaders in our District based on our values. This process identifies, grows and empowers stronger leaders in ECISD. The definition is built upon the pillars of Powered by People, Strengthened by Systems, and Driven by Results. Identified behaviors build the competencies within each pillar.

The Holdsworth Center Partnership embeds support within partner districts for five years to help the central office develop stronger leaders within their own systems, building a deeper bench of leaders who are truly ready for the challenges of school leadership. Over time, we believe stronger leadership is critical to moving Texas closer to excellent and equitable outcomes for all students.
