How to Register

• Online registration makes applying to a session as easy as online shopping.       
• You can browse the session catalog, add sessions to your cart, submit forms, and complete your order from any browser.

• Go to your program catalog by selecting the link you were provided or entering the URL into your address bar. 
• Bookmark this page so you can easily return to the catalog, resume applications, update your child’s records, and upload documents.

• You can browse sessions by Program, Location, and Session Date Range.
• Some sessions display age restrictions. Online registration will automatically confirm your child’s age when you complete the application.
• Sessions that have reached maximum enrollment may have an option to Apply to waitlist.

• When you’ve found a session you wish to enroll in, select the number of Participants you’d like to enroll from the drop-down and Add to cart. 
• If you are signed into the Family Portal, sessions in your cart will be saved for 30 days. If a session in your cart reaches maximum enrollment before you’ve placed your order, you’ll be prompted to remove the session from your cart.

Select your cart in the top-right corner of your screen to review your order and proceed with registration. From there, use the Previous and Next buttons to update to an application and/or to navigate between multiple applications.

On the order review page, you can confirm your sessions, subtotal, tax, discounts, and total before submitting your order. 
When you’re ready, enter your payment information. Then select Submit order.

After successfully submitting your application, you will be redirected to an order summary page and receive an email confirmation of your application(s). 

When your child is enrolled:

• Your stored payment method will be charged.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email of your child’s enrollment and a payment receipt. 
• The payment status for each enrollment will be updated in the Family Portal.

All camp fees for camps canceled due to low enrollment may either be applied to another camp or refunded. In the event that ECISD has to cancel a camp, refunds will require up to 30 days to process. NO CREDITS or REFUNDS will be given due to absences or unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, site emergencies, etc.
