Your Parent Portal Account

Using Your Parent Portal Account
Your Parent Portal account was created when you first enrolled your student as a new student or completed the returning student registration last year.
Email Address on File
For full functionality of Parent Portal, the email used to create your account must match the one on file for the enrolling contact.
Access Issues and Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble accessing Parent Portal, here are some common solutions:

Changed Email Address: Contact your campus to update your email in the student database.

No Email on File: Contact your campus to add your email address under the enrolling contact.

Missing “Resume Registration” Button: If this box doesn’t appear after logging in, your email may not match. Contact your campus to update and verify your email.
Additional Requirement for Rising 6th and 9th Graders
You must provide proof of residency (CPS bill, lease, or mortgage). This document can be uploaded directly in Parent Portal.
Campus Registrars
Students entering 6th or 9th grade must complete a Residency Verification as part of the registration process. Parents/guardians can upload an image of an approved proof of residency document at the end of the online registration.
