Register for 2024-2025

All new or returning students enrolling in ECISD schools must complete the online registration through ParentPortal.

2024-2025 ECISD STREET DIRECTORY

During the summer (May 20 - July 19) the district will have one central point of contact to manage all new student registration questions and to approve once the registration process is complete. 

• Families will receive an email detailing the next steps in the registration process,
• Parents will be notified of the correct school attendance zone based on the address provided.
• Parents will also receive upon request the interdistrict transfer form if desired. 

Home campuses will manage the registration process and make contact with the family if documents are required (change of address, etc).

Documents are no longer required to be uploaded into Ascender for returning students, but will be required to present to the campus on designated registration days  in person based on the following conditions:

• New Student 
  • Birth certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Current electric, gas, water, or lease agreement.
  • Drivers License or Military ID
  • Shot Records
  • Final Report Card from previous campus/district 
• Returning Student Change of Address 
  • ECISD residents can provide current electric, gas, water, or lease agreement.
  • Updated Drivers License 
• All Returning Student in Transitional Grade Levels 6th and 9th Grade
  • ECISD residents can provide current electric, gas, water, or lease agreement.
  • Drivers License 
• Returning Student Host, McKinney-Vento, Power of Attorney 
  • New Host Forms approved by ECPD
  • Updated Power of Attorney with appropriate signatures 
     

New students will be required to bring all required documents to the registration meeting on campus during new student days or after, to include during school.

3. Current utility bill
4. Drivers License or Military ID
5. Shot Records
6. Final Report Card from previous campus/district 
    

Yes, Utility Bill and Drivers License addresses must match.
