Hello!

My name is James Mehl. I graduated with a degree in English teaching and a minor in ballroom dance from Brigham Young University in 2019. I have a passion for stories and witty conversations--stay around me long enough, and you will probably hear me start talking like I am in an episode of Gilmore Girls. I love finding ways to connect literature to issues and controversies that are relevant to teenagers and adults.

I am also an avid fantasy music composer. I have composed music for several small video game productions with several more on the way. I specialize in epic orchestral and symphonic metal genres.
