Welcome to Kindergarten!

Hello families, I am so glad you're here! My name is Amanda Briones and I am so excited to be your child's Kindergarten teacher this year! I have been teaching for 7 years, 5 years in Kinder and one in 3rd grade. I love the littles! It is going to be a great year together!

A Little Bit About Me

I grew up in San Antonio, Texas. My family and I live in Adkins, Texas. My husband and I have 2 sons, a 6 year old named Elam, a 2 year old named Ezra, and a 11 month old daughter named Emma. They are the loves of our life. we also have a horse named Richochet. I absolutely love to spend time with my family, they are my world!

My Education

I graduated from Texas A&M University: San Antonio in the Spring of 2015 with my Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. I am always excited about learning too! I love to research and implement new ideas for our classroom and for the students. I always look for ways I can improve my teaching too.
