My name is Jennifer Martinez. This is my 5th year at Tradition Elementary, my 6th year at East Central and 17th year as an educator.   I am currently the Dyslexia Specialist here at Tradition Elementary. Go Titans!!! Previously,  I have been married for 12 years. I am a mom to two beautiful little girls.  I love to read and spend time with my family traveling. 

I am originally from the Rio Grande Valley, having lived there for 18 years. We traveled to the beach frequently on family trips. I attended Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio and University of Texas Pan-American in Edinburg, Texas. I have a degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a Special Education Certification K-12th grade.
