Mrs. Giselle Leal

I am the Speech-language Pathologist at Sinclair Elementary. I started at East Central School District in 2012. I have worked at all different grade levels here at East Central. I have provided Speech-language services at the Early Childhood Development Center (ECDC), several different elementary schools, both Middle Schools, and East Central High School.  I was born in California and moved to Texas at 4 years old. I attended Brackenridge High School here in San Antonio, where I met my husband. We have 2 young adult children, my daughter Izabella and my son Diego, who both graduated from East Central High School. I am a Texan at heart and love my SPURS and Dallas Cowboys! I love all animals. I have 3 dogs, 2 outdoor cats, 2 fish, and a hedgehog. I love to read, draw, and sing in my spare time. I also love being a Speech-language Pathologist and I have a passion for working with students that require the use of Alternative Augmentative Communication such as Voice Output Communication Aids and pictures to communicate.
