I am from San Antonio and went to Higlands High School. After high school I attend San Antonio College and then University of Texas at San Antonio. Sinclair is where I did my student teaching. I had been in the classroom for 19 years teaching 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and multi-age all in ECISD. Midway in my teaching career I went back to Our Lady of the Lake Universtiy for my masters in Library Science. I am now the librarian, AVID Co- Coordinator and Technology Coordinator  at Sinclair Elementary. 

      I am a proud parent of a son and daughter who had attended schools in ECISD. We have a last chance dog named Tex and a cat named Katniss that I found at Sinclair. I love spending time with my children and outdoor activities. I am ECProud!
