Please use the links below to access the ECISD inventory transfer form. These forms are used to transfer inventory-controlled items from your campus to another location or to remove damaged or no longer usable inventory items from your campus for disposal.

Completed inventory transfer forms can be sent to the Purchasing Department at the Central Office or emailed to Sonia Blanco Sonia.blanco@ecisd.net
