Buyers are Fully Responsible for Bringing All Their Own Safety and Moving Equipment. Included, but Not Limited to, Gloves, Tools, Straps, Cables, Lift Gates, Duck Tape, Dollies, and Lift Jacks.
ECISD is NOT Responsible for Any Physical Injuries or Damages Acquired to Buyer Vehicles, Personal Property, or Auction Item during Any Part of the Process of Pick Up and Transport Offsite.
