Processing time: Depending on the volume of requests received, processing time can take up to 5 business days.

Request employee records by completing the Request Employee Records form below. 

Processing time: Please be aware that the length of time to process varies with the volume of requests received at any given time.  We are working in accordance with TEA guidelines.  Service records will be provided within 30 days after the request OR 30 days after the last day of employment, whichever is later.
