Public Notice of Intent to Apply for Federal Grant Funds
In accordance with federal and state guidelines, public school districts are required to provide the public with notice of their application for federal grants and an opportunity to provide input.
This notice is to inform the public and community that East Central ISD is in the process of, has the intention to, or has applied for the 2026-2027 Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Consolidated Federal Grant. Click here for the detailed public notice.

Private Non Profit
Any Private Non-Profit (PNP) school that serves an East Central ISD residing youth may contact the District's Federal Programs Coordinator to discuss what applicable, equitable services may exist and be arranged for the student, family, and/or school. Each ESSA component, as well as all other Federal Funding resources, differs regarding intentions, requirements, and funding parameters of PNP services; therefore, PNPs and public school districts are required to engage in timely and meaningful consultations.
