East Central Police Department
 We are committed to serving the citizens of this diverse school district with a proactive approach to solving problems in the community. The East Central ISD School Board authorized the establishment of our police department on September 27, 1990, via the Education Code 37.081. The ECISD police department employs ten full time and two part time licensed Texas Peace Officers. All of the full time officers have previous experience with city, sheriff, or constable law enforcement agencies.
