Meal Modifications & Special Diets
If your child has a food allergy or requires a meal modification to meet their needs, the special diet request form must be completed and signed by a medical professional in order to make any menu accommodations.
Please submit all completed special diet forms to our district dietitian, Ashley Robbins, at ashley.robbins@ecisd.net and bring a printed copy to your campus school nurse. Please allow up to two weeks for processing special diet requests.
If your child currently has a meal modification or food allergy form on file and no longer needs these meal modifications or restrictions please complete the Special Diet Removal Form below. Please submit all completed special diet removal forms to our District Dietitian, Ashley Robbins at ashley.robbins@ecisd.net and bring a printed copy to your campus school nurse.
