403(b) Retirement Savings Plan

  • A 403(b) is a retirement savings plan offered by public schools and other tax-exempt organizations that allows employees to make contributions on a pre-tax or post-tax basis.  The assets in your retirement savings plan are tax-sheltered; any income earned within the plan is not taxable until you withdraw the funds.  You are allowed to start, stop, increase or decrease contributions at any time.     Employees interested in participating in a 403(b) retirement savings plan should contact the district's third party administrator TCG Administrators at 1-800-943-9179 for more information. 
    To Enroll in a 403(b) Plan Online:
    1.     Click on "Register"
    2.     Enter Plan Password:
      • eastc403 - if enrolling for Pre-tax
      • eas403xR - if enrolling for a Roth plan 
    3.     Enter Social Security Number 
    4.     Complete the Personal Information and Investment Elections
    5.     Receive Confirmation
