Teams of leaders dedicate time to developing their personal leadership, growing and empowering others and creating change across their districts and schools.

The Holdsworth Center Partnership embeds support within partner districts for five years to help the central office develop stronger leaders within their own systems, building a deeper bench of leaders who are truly ready for the challenges of school leadership.
