    Peer Assistance Leadership & Service. PALS is a club and class for Juniors and Seniors dedicated to service to their school and community. Our PALS organize service projects on the ECHS campus on a monthly basis, help new students adjust to ECHS and mentor younger students in the district's elementary and intermediate schools. To be a PAL the student would have to fill out an application that includes teacher recommendations and an interview process. No more than 25 PALS are chosen per school year.
